South Florida gains third 2012 football commitment

South Florida has performed well on the recruiting trail in recent years, despite battling for many of the same players Florida and Florida State are targeting.

The Bulls’ recent signing of ESPNU150 offensive lineman Reno Henderson is proof of that.

Henderson, who was also being courted by the Gators and the Seminoles and Miami, enjoyed his visits to the campus and is happy with his decision, according to an ESPN.com report.

Henderson, whose primary position is tackle, checks in at 6-foot-4, 260 pounds and recorded a 5.01 40-yard dash at the Under Armour combine.
